What we are looking for?
We are currently scheduling avant garde, improv, experimental, electronica and contemporary/classical international music. If you have a potential large audience that fits the MTV demagraphic, this is probably not the right forum to showcase your music. Although the series is titled "Emergent Music Forum," we are actively seeking other forms of "experimental expression" or "performance art." We also would appreciate video artist to screen their works. A couple of things to remember. We do not own a video projector or screen and the stage area is very small, just enough room for an average rock group, so if your performance requires loads of room you may need to size up the club first.

How is the pay?
The usual deal is that we divide up the door minus 30 dollars amonst the bands performing. We may make special guarantees from time to time depending on the expected audience attendenace. The cover charge is usually $3 and the he club holds around 100 people so you can get a fairly good idea of the economics.
